NJ Investor Introduction

Sean Kelly
Posted

Hello everyone!

My name is Sean and I’m a 26 year old roofing business owner based out of Jackson, NJ.

I’m a long time listener of the podcast and am finally ready to take the plunge into becoming a landlord.

Although I have a construction background, I’d like to invest in long term multi family rentals rather than fix and flips. I’m not against fixer uppers though!

I’d love to talk with other investors to learn more and maybe even organize a local meetup.

My biggest struggle right now is finding a property to buy. I’m wondering if it’s common practice to use sites like Zillow or if there are better ways to find properties.

I’m excited to get started! I look forward to meeting some local BP members.
