Chris, I'm right there with you. I too am looking to learn from others and network. More specifically, I'm looking for some folks to collaborate with, virtually. So, that we can try to establish written systems and checklists to be used as a guide throughout this process. I'm talking head down, nose to the grind stone, geek out sessions where we develop in depth and thorough spreadsheet checklists and systems for each process. Mostly, because I want 2 things. First is assurance that I'm making wise decisions / deals. Second, I hope to delegate as much as possible, for maximizing the passiveness of my income structures. Well, if you're into it, hit me up.

Hi Brian,

I am currently in Sallisaw, OK. Moved this way to help with my Grandfather. I currently have a BRRRR in the process, should be completed in January. I'll also be closing on a 3/2 rental next Friday, also in Sallisaw. At some point I'll be moving back to the Joplin, MO or NWA area so I'd like to build a portfolio with that in mind. However, open to other areas if the numbers work. I've mainly been in SFH's that are full BRRRR or SFH's that need just a little TLC. I'd like to move into multi-family units, and apartments.
