Newbie from Green Bay, Wisconsin

My name is Nathan Raisbeck and I'm 19. I'm a hopeful up-and-comer to the game of real estate. I have begun getting my real estate license (my goal is to aid in my future investments). As the title says I'm from Green Bay Wisconsin, but I am curently a student at UW-Stout. My goals in real estate is own enough property and have a large enough cash flow to allow a worry free life for me and my future wife. I came to join bigger pockets through the hours of watching different youtube videos trying learn how to get started.

@Nathan Raisbeck, Glad to hear you are excited about investing in Real Estate.  I wish I pulled the trigger when I was your age.  Don't focus on getting rich quick, but to get rich for sure.  I invest just south of Green Bay, but lived there for about 6 years.  So if you have any specific question, please feel free to use me as a reference.
