New Real Estate Investor!
Officially a real estate investor! I found the BP podcast in May of this year and began binging every episode, reading BP books/blogs, and learning from others' experiences. I took action and began the search in July and purchased a duplex in North Austin for my first property! I will be house hacking the first year, then move on to the next investment and rent out both sides. So much more to learn and I look forward to continuing to educate myself through all of you and the endless resources BP provides. The journey has just begun! #REI #financialfreedom
