HI , my name is Tony and I am new to the BP community. I wanted to introduce myself and thank everyone in advance for sharing their knowledge and experience.
I've been in the Education/Non-profit industry field for quite a long time now and had experienced the effects of budget cuts on our schools and social service agencies. As the business model social capitalists becomes more popular, I would like to use the vehicle of real estate investing to funnel resources into my future foundation/non-profit. No longer solely relying on public money to sustain the life of the organization.
As a novice investor with lots of passion, determination, perseverance, open mind and a hard working ethic, I'm hoping to find a MENTOR that can show me the ropes. I'm interested in investing in Multi-Family Unit Rental Properties & Tax Deeds/Liens. Hopefully, as a become a more savvy investor, I would like to invest in Commercial Properties.
