Newbie From HOUSTON TX!!!
Hello! I am a newbie from Houston Texas! I have been listening to the podcast since October and I’ve started at episode 1!! I have very little experience in real estate. I was once a licensed agent but life got in the way and I never practiced to my full potential. I currently am just in the learning phase. Learning my market and what exactly I want to invest in and where or how to get the funds to invest. I’m working away flipping cars, clothes and anything else I can find to save money so I can buy my first investment. I have a 15 year old daughter that I want to put through college and I’m tired of having a boss! My goal is financial freedom! Can’t wait to get started!
