New investor near Pittsburgh

My names Tony Lucarini, I'm new to BP. I've been interested in investing in real estate for years, but always let fear of the unknown hold me back. Finally through discovering the great information on BP I pulled the trigger. I'm waiting to close on a sfh and triplex. I'm looking for connections around the Pittsburgh area. I reside in Beaver County and look to invest in Beaver, Bellevue, Avalon, Emsworth, Coraopolis, Ingram mainly.
