Long Distance Investor from Long Beach, CA
Hi everyone, My name is Joey Shanahan. I am a Registered Dietitian that works in hospital food service as a Director of Food & Nutrition. I am currently trying to educate myself as much as I can before I jump into buying my first property. I would like to invest in SFR's, MFR's, and possibly small apartment complexes using the BRRRR strategy in a market not yet determined (want to decide on a market soon!). My ultimate goal would be to be able to step away from my current job by the time I'm 40 so I can spend more time with my kids and wife.
Looking forward to connecting with people and eventually growing my team in the market I end up choosing to invest.
