16 year old kid starting out investing
Hello my names Eddie and I’m a 16 year old kid trying to figure out this whole life thing. I started out getting into the world of real estate about a month ago through wholesale and I was introduced to other methods of investing such as creative financing. I live in Murfreesboro, TN but my my focused market is in Georgia. I’ve learned a lot in the last month and have been working like crazy to get my first deal, although I have not yet :/ . My friend who is 17 actually locked up a property under contract by himself a few days ago and we are working on dispo’ing it which is very new to us. I would love to be able to share my journey with whoever would like to hear and I would love to provide value to anyone in anyway I am able to.
