Hello Everyone
Just wanted to introduce myself to everyone. I discovered this site after listening to a podcast from Danny Johnson. I have been browsing the site ever since. There is so much information and good advice here. A little about me: I'm an active duty officer at Fort Jackson. Being in the service makes it very difficult to network and really get to know an area due to the moves and deployments. My experience is very limited in real estate. I have one foreclosure purchase under my belt that I am currently fixing up. Luckily I got the house really cheap because it is helping me pay for my newbie lessons from inexperience. I really should have had a little more education coming in, but hey, I jumped in and I'm surviving and looks like I will make a pretty good profit in the end. I will continue to visit this blog and look forward to hearing all of your stories and advice. I'm heading down to Fort Hood at the end of the year, so if any one is from the Killeen, Belton, Temple, Waco area let me know. God Bless.
