Hello all,

Just found the forum today and am now introducing myself! I am 31 years old located in San Antonio, TX. I am completely new to real estate investing and have zero experience. My immediate goal here, and in general, is to learn the ropes. My short-term goal; I would like to perform my first successful flip. Anyone have any advice for me? Any words of wisdom would be greatly appreciated.
