Wholeselling? Finding deals for investors?
This might be a dumb question to most... but i am new to REI investing and im trying to learn as much as possible. If i could get some insight on an idea i have that would be awesome! My questions are, could i make money finding investors exactly what properties they are looking for and market that to them? Can i offer a service to investors and make money by finding them leads of motivate sellers, phone numbers ect.? and is this legal? Thanks BP! look forward to some positve insight!
