New Member Introduction - Grey Drummonds
Hello BiggerPockets Community,
I'm Grey Drummonds and I'm addicted to learning about real estate investing. Currently, being a college student residing in metro Atlanta during the COVID-19 world, I have had more time on my hands than I knew what to do with. This brought me to put more of an initiative into furthering my knowledge of different income sources, mainly being in real estate. Always being interested in the industry, I just recently realized the wide array of opportunities, the potential for income growth, and the drive and determination it takes to become successful. In the near future, I am looking to purchase my first home (single-family or duplex) and live for free to save up for rental properties. Also being interested in investing in the present time, I am enjoying learning about wholesaling and how to get your foot in the door. Listening to the BiggerPockets podcast has made it clear to me that even though real estate is complex and not easy by any means, it is an area I want to continue to grow in knowledge and eventually take action towards.
