Hi! My name is Dallas Piscopo and besides the foreclosure I went through about 3 years ago, I am totally new to real estate investing. Now that I got my finances in a better position, I am looking to start gradually building a portfolio that will produce a steady stream of cash flow that will allow myself and my family to live comfortably. I've recently started trying to broker wholesale distressed properties in my home town of Yuma and am trying to figure out the best first step to get my feet wet. The BiggerPockets podcast have been pretty helpful so far and now I'm ready to take action to move closer towards financial freedom.

HI Dallas, Welcome to the BP nation!

I was raised in Yuma and still have family there, I am now living in Phoenix and have been practicing Real Estate for going on two years. One of my Real Estate Goals is to actively start buying and selling in Yuma by December of this year. I honestly believe that Yuma's Market is going to "Blow Up" within the next 2-5 years.

Best of Wishes to your success!
