Hello everyone!
My name is Chris Barrett. My real estate experience has been limited to a few home upgrade and renting out our basement, however I have been out of the market for a few years. I can look back at 2020 and say this year was a wake up call - I can make my goals come true. And I appreciate that real estate will be the corner stone of that freedom.
My short term goals are to generate sufficient cash flow to cover my monthly expenses and to build a portfolio of rental properties. I'm more interested in the duplex/triplex/multi-family properties, however have no experience in this area. I'm open to joint ventures, I bring capital, a drive to succeed to the table and I want to learn. I really like the idea of Rent To Own - helping people move forward with their own goals in home ownership.
While I'm in Vancouver, I'm open to investing anywhere in Canada, though nervous about the unknowns. I'm really looking forward to connecting with you all and seeing how we can support each other in fulfilling our financial goals.
