New member that needs help about FHA Loan
I currently own and living in my house that I would like to start renting out. My loan is an FHA loan that I have little equity in and have not yet reached the 20% mark on my loan. Will I still be able to rent my house or do I have to pay off 20% of the appraisal before doing so? Thanks for any help
