Hello My name is SayQuan and I am in the home stretch of closing on my first property. (4 plex). I am new to the investing/home-ownership world and would like to meet more like minded people. My goals are to fill my portfolio with a substantial amount of Pittsburgh property and ultimately get in to property management.
