Well this past year or so I've been reading about creating wealth, Buisness and economics. My brother pointed me towards some books and I've been hook on creating my own Buisness. Nonetheless it has lead me to the realm of real estate. I would love to start making deals and such however I'm still in the learning phase and need to gather up some capita before I invest. I am looking for a mentor of that holds and /or is a landlord. I plan on owning property and doing the same. Also I like the idea of short sales with prefoclosures.
