New Investor in Indianapolis

Hi BP Community!

I've lived in the Indianapolis area for ten years and have recently begun my journey into real estate investing. I've done a good amount of research so far and my goal for 2021 is to purchase at least one SFH or MFH. My next step to reach that goal is to establish relationships with lenders to talk through financing options and which route may be best to take for my situation. Any thoughts or recommendations there would certainly be appreciated.

Bigger Pockets has been an excellent resource for me so I wanted to reach out on the forums to strengthen my connections in the community.  Thanks all!

@Joe Doss If you're looking for a lender and have good credit hit up Nick Spirrison at Forum Credit Union. I've done quite a bit of lending with them (auto, home, ReFi). I recommend them to investors all the time.
