Newbie from Southfield, Michigan
Hello, my name is Rodney Moody and I'm a new member in search of a Power Team for my area, Metro Detroit suburbs. I currently have a rental property in South Carolina, that we have owned for 7 years. We live in the Northern suburb of Detroit, (Southfield), and own our home here in Michigan. My wife and I are currently seeking all the information and knowledge we can to be successful Real Estate Investors, hopefully rehabbing and or flipping. We are going to join our local REIA in our area for further education and to network with other like minded individuals and investors as soon as the next meeting comes around. If you can help point us in the right direction it would be greatly appreciated.
