Hello, BP community! I'm Brian, and I've recently made the decision to become a real estate investor. I've been reading material (mostly BP blog posts and forum entries at this point) and I'm very excited about the possibilities of investing in real estate.

I currently work as a technical consultant in Raleigh. I'm very happy with my job, but I still am looking for additional ways to get where I want to be financially. Real estate is my current focus in that endeavor.

I'm trying to figure out wholesaling right now. I plan to use it as an initial strategy to make connections and raise capital for bigger deals.

Long-term, I want to build a large cash flow from commercial properties, apartments, and other larger real estate investments.

I'm mainly interested in the NC Triangle area right now, but am open to other parts of NC. I also have connections to DC, Philadelphia, NYC, and Denver, and I'd love to branch out to other areas in the future.
