Hey BP! My name is Giulia, I'm 20 from Brazil. I'm a new investor currently traveling through California, and other states, looking into moving to a state that makes sense to start investing, I have 2 doors in WV and would like to get a duplex with a FHA loan by the second quarter of the year. I would love to connect and hear other peoples opinions and experiences, trying to find connections and friends that has the same investing interests! Also any recommendations on growing markets?
