Looking to invest in multifamily in Houston, TX.
My budget is 1M. My strategy is to buy a "C" class then Upgrade and convert it to a "B" class and after 3-5 years sell it.
What are the best neighborhoods to buy multifamily properties in Houston? How do I find multifamily properties for sale in Houston?
