New member introduction
I am a real estate newbie in Winchester, VA who is getting started by wholesaling. I just recently got into real estate in November of 2020. Since that time I have been taking the time to study and get a basic understanding of things. My end goal is to have at least 2-3 deals a month for 2021 in wholesaling and perhaps purchase 1 property (if i can do more then i would definitely take my chances). Found bigger pockets by just searching real estate podcasts on spotify. If anyone is in the Winchester area or close more than happy to meet and connect!
