Can you post a listing without a Pro Membership

I'm trying to post a listing for an assisted living home, but when I press to add a listing it is saying that I need to be logged in to do that (I am logged in).  I checked a previous forum post that asked if you needed a membership and the response from Josh was "nope".  This post was also around 8 years ago, so it may have changed.  Do you know if you need a pro membership to make a listing post?
