Newbie here looking at the Akron Ohio area for first purchase. Would like to BRRRR the property. Any ideas, thoughts, concerns would be appreciated.

I live in the Akron Ohio area. Akron and Cleveland have some great off-market deals. The concern here is making sure you are in the right neighborhood. Like the Cleveland market, there are some bad neighborhoods, but there are also a lot of good neighborhoods that will be growing. Because there are so many hospitals and medical students in the Akron and Cleveland areas, there is strong demand for rentals near hospitals. Akron also has a solid base of blue collar jobs.
