Hello BP I cant believe that i found this forums I've been reading through out the forums for the past 2 days and i figure it was time for an introduction. My name is Jesse i'm from Souther California. I started looking and getting informed about real estate around this time last year and in November closed my first investment deal.

This year i set a goal for two more purchases and it looks like i'm on track to meet this goal. Here is my situation BP I'm in escrow with a short sale we had a closing date for mid this month but just a few days ago my agent called to tell me that the bank we were dealing is no longer the lender and sold the loan to another bank/institution. My question is... has this happen to anyone else while in escrow ??

The good news is that the second bank is accepting the terms of the short sale. Posting to see if anyone else has had this happen or any tips you can throw my way.

Thanks,
Jesse L.
