Hi everyone

I am a 40+-year-old male who has been trying to get into real estate for quite some time but,

A combination of nerve and where to begin have kept me from getting into this game. I’ve read some books and listen to BP to and from work all the time but still not really sure how to begin. I promised myself 2021 will be the year I finally do this because I’m close to retirement and want to start a new chapter in my life before that time comes and I really do not want another job. I really would like to have rental properties because of the passive income it generates. I live an hour away from New York City and was wondering should I start with in this area or look to outside markets. I really would appreciate all the help you can give and would like to know where should I begin and how you all started from zero. Thank you for listening and I appreciate all you all answers. Marco.
