Hello all,

My name is Deja Powell, I'm 24 y/o. I'm originally from Texas & now reside in beautiful Savannah, Ga. My husband was stationed here 3 years ago and for now we are here to stay. It looks to be a wonderful market for real estate investing, even to a rookie like myself. I have no real estate history, but my husband and I are looking to buy in the near future. We decided that if we start now we can have a solid future. I plan to do alot of independent research, and bother you experts with tons of questions. I'm extremely excited and look forward to getting to know some of you!
