Making Phone Calls When Doing Deal Analysis
Hey Bigger Pockets,
I'm very new in my real estate journey, but I want to start getting on the phone with people asap in order to start analyzing different deals. I know this is something I will obviously learn through trial and error but I wanted to know if anyone could give me a few tips on how to approach these phone calls as a newbie? How do I not come off rude or just a waste of the person's time who I am talking to? Especially since Im not actually looking to buy anything for over a year at least.
