Hi everyone!
My name is Jim Gossett and I am a new member from Portland, OR. I have spent the last several years dreaming of becoming a real estate investor and recently found the energy and courage to follow those dreams in earnest. I came across Bigger Pockets via the weekly podcast and was really excited about the quality of the content there. I recently set up an account so I thought I would introduce myself.
I have significant experience in corporate real estate transaction management and analysis. I am looking to looking to wholesale and manage properties in order to raise enough capital to invest in single family homes with a mix of land lording and flipping.
