My name is Charles Duvall a senior graduating from UCF in the Spring with a degree in Finance with an emphasis in Real Estate.
I am looking to break the ice into the Real Estate investing arena. I plan on pursuing a career in investment sales / commercial brokerage after college, and before then I am looking to acquire an investment property that cash flows me monthly.
Whether its wholesaling, owner occupied, or a flip I am ready to begin building a Real Estate portfolio.
I am located on Florida's Space Coast in Brevard County, and the market is ever-expanding.
