I want to introduce myself, my name is Alex and I am excited to have discovered this website! I am just now starting to educate myself in the REI world. Once I finish reading a couple of books and going over this website I plan on purchasing my first REI. My biggest fear, and i'm sure many others have the same is not having enough cash to put a down payment on a home/apt/condo etc... to start.
I am very interested in learning how to start with OPM.
