House Hacking in Tampa Bay area

This is going to be my first post on BiggerPockets forums, and I'm looking forward to the opportunities and connections bigger pockets will bring.
I'm new to the Tampa Bay area, and I'm looking to purchase a small multifamily property to house hack. I'm wondering if anyone here on BiggerPockets is familiar with the market in Tampa. I want to connect with local investors to discuss the market and to hopefully build some long term profitable relationships. Along with local investors, I'd love to connect with anyone else who is interested in building more real estate related connections.
