Hello, Names Christopher I reside in the North Eastern part of Pennsylvania since 2004. 2 kids and a fiance in a 2/1 apartment for the last 9yrs. Looking to get out but at 36 I do not want to just settle and I just became aware of wholesaling and even the BRRRR method of real estate.
