PENNSYLVANIA newbie investor.
Hello, Names Christopher I reside in the North Eastern part of Pennsylvania since 2004. 2 kids and a fiance in a 2/1 apartment for the last 9yrs. Looking to get out but at 36 I do not want to just settle and I just became aware of wholesaling and even the BRRRR method of real estate. I'm in talks currently on possibly getting my real estate license. Looking to recieve any and all advice on the beginning procedures of the above mentioned.
