Hello new BP friends...
Buy and hold that is my goal. I plan to purchase my first single family home by September 1st. I have been educating myself ,I've read the BP ultimate beginners guide, currently reading books from BP's suggested reading list, listening to BP podcasts (which I enjoy) and listening to investing books on iTunes. My undergrad degree is in business and I have always wanted to build wealth in real estate. Now is the time!
