Exit strategy for SDIRA / SDIRA LLC.

Hi,

Newbie investor looking to form some type of exit strategy after using a Self directed IRA as an investment vehicle for my first couple properties. I'm going to use a SDIRA to get started but being in construction myself, I'd like to be able to separate some of the money out of the SDIRA to invest and be able to put in some of my own sweat equity. Is there a way to do this or will I just have to use my first couple of investments to show as experience and equity when it comes time to talk to a bank or hard money lender.

Thanks

There are ways to access your IRA funds prior to retirement with proper planning.
