Hey Hey I'm a Newbie in the Big Easy
Hello Everyone, I am new to real estate investing and have decided to start this venture with a little capital or my own and some fron the father who has always wanted to invest in real estate. I am gonna be rehabbing and flipping for my first few deals and will consider buying and holding down the road. Wanted to pop in and introduce myself. I currently have a property under contract that needs some renovations. Working with subs is a little bit of a concern cause with a full-time job being at the property non-stop will be hard, but lucky my job allows me alot of free time and flexibility. So if anyone knows some good subs in the Covington, Louisiana area feel free to suggest them. Thanks all and look forward to developing long lasting relationships here on the biggerpockets forums.
