Newbie from Los Angeles
Hello my name is Erick and I live in Los Angeles ! I’ve always been interested in owning real estate more more specifically rental properties I also enjoy listening and talking about other finances besides real estate. I guess my interest in real estate came from the fact my parents have always rented their whole life and I want to be able to help own a house. I want to build wealth and not having a high income job I feel like owning real estate will help me build wealth; that is why I listen to both the real estate podcast and the money podcast .
I am looking into buying my first ever property in Los Angeles and I’m looking for a duplex; I’m going to try and surprise my parents so I’m excited and hopeful I can find a good property!
