What's up BPers! This is Max in the Boise, ID area. I just read Rich Dad Poor Dad and am motivated to start buying assets instead of liabilities. The BP Podcast and Real Estate Rookie are now, literally, my workout jams. I've got some equity in my home and am learning about securing my first BRRRR or STR deal using cross collateral.
