Hi everyone!

My name is Trix! I'm 25 years old, and I recently moved from northern NJ to southern NJ. I'm usually very shy, but this year I made a resolution on trying to get to know more people and make long lasting friends.

I have a passion for reading, my munchkin cat, and sewing. During my long commutes to class taught myself how to invest in ETFs and some stocks with pretty decent success. I graduated out of my undergrad not really knowing who i was out of school, let alone my future. I recently came across the bigger pockets book on starting out in real estate and I really wanted to try out real estate investing this time. I've been looking into owning rental properties within my own state or out of state, and I'm also interested in the BRRRR method too. But I'm honestly terrified of taking the next step alone.

If you’ve read this far, I really appreciate you reading my post 🙂.

Have a nice day!

Trix C

@Trix Contreras welcome.  I'm guessing you rent at the moment - do you plan to buy a primary at any point?  Can you house hack?
