Real Estate Wholesale - Rookie looking to Network/Grow
Greetings my fellow hustlers,
I am new to the Bigger Pockets platform and although I've been doing my research on the site for some time I finally decided to join in on the conversations, to indulge in the knowledge and possibilities of further advancing myself in the field I have chosen (Real Estate Wholesale). I am trying to get into it Virtually so I can still hold my 9-5 (For now ;)) but I feel as if I've hit a wall. I know I have the right tools but I'm a little troubled with the task of finding two things; reliable title companies and motivated buyers. These are two things that I have been informed will greatly help but for some reason I don't know how to go about it.
P.S. I am also willing to pay/work for anyone in this field who can provide me with opportunities to grow and learn.
