Subleasing Rent at the Philippines
Hi everyone!! newbie here, I just want to know ur thoughts when doing sublease. Is it okay if I'll tell the owner to find tenant first before doin the subleasing and renting the property. Also need some tips when it comes to negotiating and convincing the owner, thank u in advance :))
