How's it going BP! Young gun here.
I've been interested in real estate ever since I read Rich Dad Poor Dad years ago and well, I choose to be the Rich dad. This summer I have a nice chunk of time to get familiar with a few marketing systems I'm building based off the insight of members from this fantastic forum. My focus is wholesaling. While I don't feel right calling myself an investor just yet, I do feel as though I am on my way. Nice to meet y'all.
P.S I'm from San Diego, CA, hopefully some locals are on the forums here.
