Hello BP!

My name is Matthew and I'm fairly new to the community. I'm currently searching for a Duplex in the St.Pete/Tampa area to house hack. I've been preapproved for anything up to 300k. I'm going to be visiting in the next week or so and am looking for any RE meetups or forums that I may be able to attend in the area. Any leads would be greatly appreciated!
