New to BiggerPockets and Investing
Hi everyone! My name's Jennifer and I'm in the Delaware (state) market. I'm looking to start my investment career with wholesaling. I'm currently a marketing director for a senior care company, but I've always been interested in Real Estate. Once I learn the ropes a bit and build up some capital, I'm interested in buying and rehabbing historical homes to sell or rent. Whatever I end up doing in Real Estate, I want to be making a contribution and a difference in the lives of those I deal with.
I just started marketing for motivated sellers and I'm learning as much as I can. Any and all advice is welcome!
