Newbie in Houston, Texas!

Hello Community! My name is Brenden, I am 27 and I moved to Houston from Austin about 8 months ago. I am currently working on getting my real estate license and will have it sometime in April. Looking forward to getting into real estate investing and large real estate projects. My parents and I have formed a group called Nxt Level Properties based out of Houston (though we will certainly do work in San Antonio and Austin since we have lived in those areas) and we will be mostly wholesaling and flipping properties. My parents have years of experience with contract work on homes so they have a good eye for valuing homes and costs for maintenance and renovations.

We are going through a mentorship program (Kingdom) which has been amazingly helpful in laying the foundation for our business and getting organized. Short term goals: connect with people investing/ looking to invest in the the Houston area, hear motivating stories, and to know the ins and outs of this city's real estate like the back of my hand. Long term goal: is taking over Texas's real estate an answer?

Thanks for the warm welcome! Happy to be a part of this community!

Brenden M.
