Hey everyone Deshawn Here,

Been listening to the BP podcast especially the Rookies for about a year. I'm working in finance already but really interested in getting into real estate. I'm interested in wholesaling and virtual deal hunting. I'm a finance and fitness enthusiast so real estate falls right into that. I'm from Detroit but living in Shanghai right now. Looking forward to learning from everyone here.

@Deshawn Peterson Welcome to the real estate world.  In Michigan there is plenty of opportunities for wholesaling and other types of real estate projects.
