Hi everyone, I am new to biggerpockets but have been learning about different options for real estate investing for about 8 months. I would love to meet up with anyone on the New Orleans market. I am most curious about the paperwork side of securing private money, structuring deals, and the business side of being a landlord. I hope to make my first purchase by the end of the calendar year. Thanks in advance for the feedback!
Hey Connor, I recommend you go to the North shore REIA as you will meet lots of good people their. NOREIA is also very good but they don't have in person meetings at the moment due to Covid.
