Newbie looking to network
Hi everyone, I am new to biggerpockets but have been learning about different options for real estate investing for about 8 months. I would love to meet up with anyone on the New Orleans market. I am most curious about the paperwork side of securing private money, structuring deals, and the business side of being a landlord. I hope to make my first purchase by the end of the calendar year.
