Newbie from Seattle, WA.
Hello BiggerPockets community! I am Adhi, a 28 year old tech professional from Seattle interested in getting into Real Estate investment. I am a newbie and have very limited background in real estate. I just bought my first home, and while doing research for it, I came across the vast opportunities in real estate investing and got hooked. I am here to learn and build my network.
Right now, all I am doing is reading. I started with the popular books like Rich Dad Poor Dad and ordered BiggerPocket's How to Invest in Real Estate. From my knowledge so far, I think I would be interested in Flipping, Rentals and/or Spec building.
I am open for tips/advices and book/resource recommendation. I am looking forward to being an active member in this community!
